The cool thing about Knott's Berry Farm Hotel is its proximity to Knott's Berry Farm amusement park, making it a convenient choice for families and thrill-seekers alike.
We had to stay at the hotel last minute due to a lodging mix up. The hotel staff was wonderful and were able to accommodate us within 15 minutes. The hotel was beautiful and the room was excellent. We had a great night's sleep before our adventure at Knott's Berry Farm.
All employees were friendly and engaging. Quite knowledgable when asked questions. Safety was never a concern. Room was cleaned daily and was super spotless. Decor a solid marriage of hotel and park. The walk to the park is a blink and sidewalks available everywhere. Would stay again.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The rooms had what we needed while we spent all day at the theme park. Rooms are clean and the bed linens were clean. Beds were comfortable. It is very convenient to stay here while visiting the theme park. This is our 2nd year staying here and will definitely come back.
The whole hotel atmosphere is very welcoming. The staff team is always alert and helpful. They are all 100% committed. We love that. Our family enjoys every single stay that we go to. You all have become a part of our family. All the guests that go to the hotel are so friendly and recurring guests, just like us. We look forward to new stays at the hotel this year again and meeting so many new people along the way. Thankyou Knotts Berry Farm Hotel for helping us make so many memories for us all !

I thought I was dealing with your front desk, but when I showed up here, I was told I will have to pay for parking. I am a prestige season pass holder the.
