It met my expectations.
After checking in and unpacking while setting in to watch the news I realized that the TV was not working. I went to the front desk to make them aware of the situation. The gentleman upfront came to my room to address the issue. He called another individual to make them aware of the problem. Duane/Dwayne (not sure of the spelling) came to my room and attempted to fix the TV, unfortunately he was going to have to change out the TV. He asked if I needed to be on the 1st floor? After letting him know that any floor was fine he helped packed up everything and assisted moving me to a different room. He stayed and made sure that TV and everything else in the room operated correctly. He was pleasant, professional and friendly. Definitely the type of employee you want representing your company.

I would stay here again. Everyone was friendly and the cleaning lady was so sweet and friendly. Check in was easy and parking was easy. It was a perfect location for where I was training and the room was clean and nice and the bed was comfy.
