The minute I walked up to the front desk, I was greeted by two of the sweetest people. They were interacting with other guests in line and when it was my turn, it was just like I was the most special person here and I watched them do that with each person that walked in. those two ladies and I didn’t catch their name but I’m gonna tell you they are your rock stars and they are representing your hotel with professionalism, grace empathy. They had the whole package. Totally totally wonderful. Thank you Darlene.

I would use this hotel in that very convenient to the airport and to Jacksonville.
The facility is very nice. The room was well laid out and comfortable. The high point of our stay was the staff, from the front desk to the maid service to the restaurant personal, they were all thourably enjoyable and made us feel like we'd known them forever. We would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Jacksonville.
The Front desk was very helpful checking in and making return reservations. Made sure we got our rewards points and helped in every way.
I will be back.

I had to book a room last minute because of a flight cancellation. I was met with the biggest smiles at the front desk, was made aware of my options for dinner/drinks, the pool and even went back for my warm cookie after dinner. The bartender at the restaurant was amazing and attentive as well. These ladies all went above and beyond by remembering small details and I feel like customer service like this is so rare nowadays or maybe I just forget what Southern hospitality feels like living up north. I enjoyed myself and was happy I got that time to decompress before traveling home. Thank you!
