The cool thing about Best Western Plus Music Row is that it offers a variety of amenities such as a bar/lounge, gym, pool, spa, and a complimentary full breakfast with a made-to-order omelette station.
We were greeted as soon as we came in. Again, it was super easy and everyone was extremely helpful and nice.

Breakfast was good. stayed in a room across from vending/ice and a room where the housekeeping staff congregated. The staff spoke extremely loud in the hallways. I had to call the front desk twice about this. Your housekeeping staff seem unaware that there are guests in the rooms and their voices carry loudly.They even shouted to each other down the hallway. I was awakened from my sleep several times. Very disappointed with the unprofessionalism.
