Excellent.. front desk.. check in was easy. Great atmosphere.
My husband had a lovely stay; my favorite part was breakfast. I ordered the Egg Benedict and it was wonderful. All in all our stay was what I expected.
Room was adequate and clean. Ice make did not work on our floor and had not for some time.

We had no elavator, I had to climb five flights of stairs as a 78 years old. Someone did carry our luggage.
Everything was clean, up to date and convenient!
I fell victim to a horrible reservation system and my own shortsightedness. Noticed the reservation came with “cancellation “ for an additional $25+ I didn’t like that cost so I canceled it, only to catch the flu and not be able to make my reservation. Live and learn? The reservation process still was way to stringent and unforgiving.
