We had an excellent stay at this hotel! Parking was easy and plentiful, which was a great start. The front desk associate was professional, friendly and very helpful—such a wonderful first impression. Our king size room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The bed was great, the TV was large and the sitting area was nice (though an extra chair would be a small improvement). The sink being outside the restroom took a moment to get used to, but it actually worked well when more than one person was getting ready. We also liked that the refrigerator was tucked away, keeping the room neat. The area was quiet and our second floor room made for a peaceful stay. We didn’t try breakfast since we sleep in, but overall, we had no issues at all. Great experience and we would definitely return!

A very nice place for couples. Both my husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Best Western. It was a very peaceful place to stay. Although we had a short stay and didn't use many of the amenities, we plan on returning on our next stay to the area.

I called to make reservation and thought I was connected to BW Intercourse,Pa. Easily made reservation but was never told that they were a 3rd party. The $ amount stated when making reservations was NOT what was charged. At least $50 more and no reward points given. I was told when checking in @ hotel reservation was made through third party and next time when calling ask if "actually the BW front desk" Extremely dissatisfied! Any recourse on this over payment and receiving points?.
