I was traveling with my Sister's family and he was able to secure my original reservation and honored my Hilton Honor Points for both rooms making us both very Happy. We were staying for two nights before catching a cruise. He even gave us some meal coupons which was very thoughtful. We enjoyed our stay and our meals.
Our stay has been perfect. The service has been professional and all of our interactions with the staff have been wonderful. We will definitely be staying when we return to the area in the future.
