The Front Desk Manager Shonna Ford was extremely kind and friendly! Very welcoming and fantastic hospitality and Customer service! Top notch! I did not catch the gentleman’s name up front with Shonna but he was Awesome too! Great team! I really enjoyed my stay!

I have very limited mobility and requested room 500 close to the office with reinversions made a couple of months in advance. I was placed far in the back with a long walk to the office or pool area. The room was not very clean and dusty. Billed about $200 more than others in my group. Desk clerk could not give me a receipt, claimed third party billing which probably reason for over charging. This is not a five star facility.
