The suite was surprisingly comfortable. Great staff. Convenient location for our purposes. We come back to Naperville a couple times each year and this will be our go to spot.
I can’t say enough good things about Hotel Arista! The rooms are great, but more than that they hotel staff is top notch and go above and beyond in all aspects of customer service. Every time I come to Naperville, I will stay at Hotel Arista, no doubt!
Booked on a whim for an out of town Valentine’s Day celebration. My wife and I found the hotel to be very classy. We were greeted by a friendly smile from the bellhop, check in was a breeze and when we got to our room, we were extremely pleased. Everything was newer/modern and clean. Bed, linens and pillows were super comfortable. My wife enjoyed the bathtub, which we thought was a nice touch. You don’t typically see this at higher end hotels. They also have a nice bar/restaurant. We indulged in a couple drinks and they were fantastic. Overall, I recommend if you’re in the area. We would definitely stay again.
