Clean room, comfortable beds, easy online reservations and easy check in and out. Would recommend to someone else.
we called to make sure we can check in at 20 and they gave us the green light. we get there and they don't let us check in and then don't refund me. had to call five different people to even put in the request for a refund and cannot talk to the hotel directly.
Absolutely terrible, room was damp, A/C unit running loud and poorly, air quality was awful. The hallways were absolutely disgusting with little bits of what looked like toilet paper all over, the coffee pot had water in from previous guest, then did not work. The refrigerator had something in it from the previous guest. Both my friend and I did not feet well after drinking the water/using ice. After vomiting most of the way home, I literally am sick now with some upper respiratory illness. Reservation is still messed up and still trying to get reimbursed for my 2nd night I obviously cancelled. Front desk staff was kind and friendly, but overwhelmed with computer glitches. All in all, a horrible experience. Side note, I've been to many, many hotels with various experiences, this is the first time I felt compelled to add a review.
