Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was hot and staff was attentive in restocking food items.
Not clean. Couldn’t cancel. Went to Courtyard Tallahassee. Would like refund.
We felt it a little pricy for the room. It was clean and nice check in people. We wanted to use a cart to carry our luggage, but we're told tge luggage left was not working, so we had to push the cart outside, down a hill and path to get back inside the building. We are seniors, so not tge easiest thing to do. Our sheets were crispy and scratchy.
