My family and I have been staying at the Staunton Best Western for almost 20 years. We chose this over other venues due to the service, comfort and the fact that it was next to Mrs Rowe’s restaurant, another long standing favorite.
While the beds and pillows are comfy, all the rooms need an update. I have stayed in several and each really needed assistance. The carpets have seen better days and walls around bathtubs are stained and peeling. Staff are very nice and helpful though.
We’ve stayed here three times. It is clean and beds are comfortable. Room A/C did not work well exterior doors one did not lock and the other the key card did not work on. Staying for a dog show and they did not maintain the dog station with bags and removal of waste. Hope they do some update.

Need to give patrons clean towels every day and pick up garbage.
Room I reserved in advance was unavailable, door key readers didn’t work, no pet clean bags stocked in pet walking area, trash and beer bottles all over the parking lot.
The hotel was clean, dog friendly and reasonable. I would stay there again.
Our experiences here at Staunton Best Western have been very good.
