I had a terrific experience staying at the resort for a birthday celebration in Sedona AZ.
I’ve stayed at this hotel many times in the past! Always had a great experience with the staff, the food and hospitality! This time it was different! I was coming into town with my Dad and specifically asked for two queen beds and got a single king bed instead. When I asked the receptionist if they can change it I was told there was nothing they can do about it even though the hotel was clearly not crowded. They also used to provide a decent continental breakfast but not anymore! They also would provide a version of Happy Hour that provided guests with popcorn and cookies but that is no longer provided. Overall disappointed and would likely look elsewhere to stay next time we are in the area! Also the fee they charge on top of the cost of the room is pretty steep so be aware of that.

Yes! Linens can be used for the duration of the guest stay. Recycling is always encouraged by the guests and used by our staff.
GreenTree Inn and Suites has a Hot Breakfast Buffet covered by the Hotel Service Fee! The menu rotates and provides eggs, meat, potatoes, waffles, oatmeal, cereal & fruit, yogurt. The breakfast items are limited due to covid.
