Jada Fricka Assistant General Manager was wonderful. She has a lovely spirit. We were staying at the hotel to attend my wife's mother funeral. We initially had booked for three days, but once we got in town we thought we only needed to stay for two days. When we got to the hotel we asked the clerk if we checked out a day early, could we not be charged for the third day. That we were only going to stay for two days. The clerk said she could not change our reservation because it was booked through a third party. We thought we had booked directly through the hotel when we called to make the reservation. Ms. Fricke, overhead the conversation and was able to change the reservation to two days instead of three days. Right after we checked out of the hotel after our two day stay, a family member called my wife in deparate need of a ride back home and other family members wanted her to stay to participate in activities planned for the family since they were all in town and this could serve as a mini family reunion. We went back to the hotel. Ms Fricke was at the check in desk. She gave us the same room that we had just left and a $20 discount on the room. She was extremely kind, understanding and very professional.
Excellent experience from the time we checked til we checked out. Staff was so friendly and accommodating, even the breakfast staff. Will be where we stay when traveling to Georgia. I have to say this is the best stay I have had with IHG in this area.

Have been staying at this hotel for the last 7 o 8 years, both for business and personal trips. The staff is always friendly and engaging, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the access to and from Interstate 12 is a breeze! We ALWAYS use this hotel when we are traveling through Louisiana!
Clean rooms. Jada was very pleasant and cheerful at the front desk and had great restaurant recommendations. Lillie was cheerful and kind at breakfast.
