I have had the good pleasure of staying at this resort three times this summer. I have to say for a hotel chain, they meet the mark in price, comfort, customer service, location, cleanliness and food. Their manager Deborah, is kind and delighted in helping our family through a very hard time recently for our ill family member and wanting to set something up special for them regarding accommodations. Jacob, front desk staff always sweet as can be and accommodating. The lady, whom I do not know her name, running the dinning room Wednesday 9 10, very accommodating on making sure we had a pair of scissors to open pkgs of honey. The cleaning staff, so gracious, hard working in making everything pristine and shining. The absolutely cleanest indoor pool I have ever used in a hotel chain. Just overall a delightful experience that I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay while visiting FRENCH LICK,IN. Least I forget, gloriously clean and comfortable beds! Enjoy should you choose to stay~.
The staff was great. Breakfast was good and rooms were clean.
It was very nice the rooms was clean and the bed was comfortable and the people was very nice when checking in the only thing I would of like to seen was breakfast would of been till 10 during the week would definitely stay there again.
