Before we arrived I received a text with my confirmation number and said to give that at check in. I said that to the person checking us in and she said she just needed my name. Not once did she say any welcoming words. She wasn’t friendly at all. It felt more like checking me in was a burden to her. Unfortunately, unless absolutely necessary, we won’t be staying there again. Even when I asked for a do not disturb sign this morning I didn’t find the lady there very friendly. We usually stay at the Best Western just down the road and I have always felt welcome and treated like a friend. They were booked this weekend. We are here at least once a month.
