Friendly service, fresh breakfast food, room was clean, always greeted with a smile. Fresh cookies and coffee was made available every evening. I love that they would give you a discount if you or a family member was in the hospital. It is conveniently located to restaurants. It also has a small gym that served its purpose for me.

If we need to go back to Rochester for anything it’ll we will be staying at the Aspen select it was very clean convenient and the people were very accommodating.
