We had such a great time during our recent February break from school! How fabulous to wat ch the snow swirling outside while enjoying the warmth of the Indoor Water Park! The kids swam and played "waterball" and screamed wildly on the waterside! They spent the day and wore themselves out, so bedtime was no problem in our comfortable lodge suite! I also would like to shine a spotlight on Patty, Vanessa and Elly, front end staff who went out of their way to smooth out any glitches in our Holiday itinerary! They were knowledgeable, caring and interested in the welfare and happiness of every guest family who checked in! This is a great all around inclusive resort for a relaxing winter break. There is the skiing, snowboarding and tubing, the Indoor Waterpark plus outside heated pool and hot tub, with a great restaurant on site serving breakfast, lunch and dinners. There is a bar and cocktails poolside as well as a poolside menu of snacks, burgers, dogs and fries. Plenty of lifeguard supervision and we found the cleaning crew and restaurant staff so courteous and helpful. We have been coming here since my Grandkids were little and now that they are in their teens it's still a favorite getaway.
