The experience was very pleasant, the room was clean and comfortable and the hallways were quiet. Happy Stay!

One month earlier I reserved online (2 rooms, two nights) and received confirmations; however, at check in one of our days had been deleted/cancelled. We never received any notification and were worried because we were so close to the holiday. She took a few extra minutes and FIXED IT! She even managed to get our adjoining rooms that we were promised. She never got flustered, was calm and reassuring. She started our Polar Express trip off on a good note. Thank her again in case I didn't thank her enough. We have use Hyatt before with good results and will stay with them again. We might even try St.Louis and the Polar Express this year if we get enough family to join.
This hotel used to be the Adams Mark. Beautiful hotel and customer service was very helpful as well as the valet. The rooms were great and spacious. Ruth Chris's restaurant is located in the hotel which was great. We'll be back.

Disappointed that they did not have the MVC conference tournament on the tvs in the hotel, for all of the business that the tournament brings I would think you could get ESPN plus to air the games.
