Shocked at this bad service.
We were not advised that the shuttle was down prior to reserving, which was a large part of why we chose your hotel. Charging parking in an unsecured lot when you pay a fair price for a room is more about adding value to the owner ownership than the customer. I did not feel I got my money is worth having to pay extra for parking and not have transportation to Six Flags. You misrepresented what you offer. Your staff, however, were very pleasant and helpful. A young woman named Jade was kind enough to make a fresh part of decaf coffee since I didn’t drink caffeine.
Room I booked wasn’t provided to me and difference in rate was not credited. Room’s bathtub was full of water when I checked in. Shower water would not get warm.
Cooked to order breakfast $10.99 for adults and $4.95 for children 12 years and under.
