My hubs and I stayed here for the first time and it was amazing! Everyone was very welcoming, friendly and professional. The place is beautiful and our two dogs were right at home. We were near a side door and could go in and out as much as the dogs needed to go. It was a perfect stay. If we're ever near here again this will definitely be our place to stay!
Beat check in, nicest employees, fantastic room, breakfast was great, relaxed outside. Marketplace four Insurance employees ALWAYS use your lodge. See again in a month or so.
Continue to come back. Scott and his team are great examples of customer service. Front desk always there with a warm welcome. Housekeeping does a great great job! And the breakfasts are great in a nice clean environment. Sophia is outstanding, as is her daughter. Keep up the good work. We will be back as our new home build in Hendersonville continues.
Breakfast is included with your over night stay. It is served buffet style down stairs in our breakfast area and includes approximately 15 items total. 5 of these items are hot. Such as, eggs, breakfast burritos, sausage or bacon (they alternate daily), pancakes or french toast sticks (they also alternate daily) Bagels, Oatmeal, etc. Coffee, milk, cereal and juice is also provided.
The is no charge for parking. We have a large lot in both the front and side of hotel.
Our wifi is FREE and there is no password. Each floor contains multiple routers for the strongest signal we can provide, for your convenience.

As someone who has worked in travel and stayed at many four and five star resorts over the last 20 years, I was shocked to be greeted and treated with such hospitality at The Lodge at Flat Rock. We also try to stay at one of the big chain hotels to use our points and/or get points boy am I glad we didn't! The associates we interacted with, Kenny and Scott, made us feel like they knew us for years and it was our first time there. I also listened to so many guest interactions while at breakfast and was again SHOCKED by the continued positive feedback I heard. They drew WELCOME family on our key card holder, had a welcome letter in the room and a thank you upon check out. Who does that? Best part NO APP NEEDED! Is it the most up to date property? No. It's homey, very NC and super super CLEAN. The outdoor space is adorable with a waterfall, fireplace and fire pit. Ton of seating both indoor and outdoor for common areas. Rooms are a very nice size with kitchenettes. We were in town for a horse show at Tryon and will be back to enjoy more of NC and this property. Highly recommend. Thank you to the entire team for making this property run smoothly. You are appreciated and we did feel like we were welcomed home.

WE ENJOYED THE LODGE VERY MUCH THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE AND INFORMATIVE ABOUT THINGS TO DO AND SEE. THE GROUNDS WERE VERY NICE AND THE HOTEL WAS CLEAN.

Everyone was so nice and it was good to know that Scott remembered me from 20 years ago. If you want a great place to stay with beautiful scenery and a man made waterfall in the courtyard and two fire pits then this is the place for you.

The accommodations were warm and inviting. The outside in back was beautiful and relaxing. Best of all, the staff couldn’t have been nicer the personal touches were SO much appreciated!
I wasn’t expecting to find luxury in this town and especially not at this price. This hotel was impeccable. Rooms are spacious, bed was very comfortable, everything was spotless and the staff was very accommodating. I would absolutely choose this hotel over any other in Hendersonville.
