I stayed the night at the Hampton Inn in Salida for business purposes. My booking, checking in and entire stay experience was excellent. The entire staff at this hotel is polite and kind. They go the extra mile to make sure guests are welcomed warmly. I will definitely be returning.
Such a warm welcome, clean rooms, delicious breakfast and beautiful location. This is our go to hotel when we come into town.
Thought the added puzzles and chessboards were great. Enjoyed stay 😎.
Hotel was very nice but the bed is too low! I have medical issues on both legs and getting up from a low sitting position is very difficult. The bed has a nice foam mattress but no boxspring therefore the bed is lower than normal.

Will never be back; attempted to change the reservation six days prior to arrival and never received the courtesy of a reply. Please cancel my Hilton membership, as well. Daryll Southwick.
The evening desk clerk could have been more friendly. Was greeted as a Hilton Honor and offered water.
The front desk personnel were extremely accommodating. The staff is very friendly and the entire hotel and the rooms are very clean and homey. There was even a puzzle on the second floor that we got sucked into for a couple of hours! We will definitely be staying here again!
