From the time we walked in with our group we felt welcomed. No rush to get to our rooms. Everything was ready. The next morning for breakfast, the food was excellent and lots of it. Cannot say any more about how helpful the staff from the front office to the cooks to the cleaners how good they were will be coming back here.
We had a very good experience, our room was clean, the bed very comfortable.

Desk personnel professional, friendly, breakfast very good and different in selection from other hotels. Loved the pancakes. hostess friendly and helpful.
After many years of staying in different hotels, we now only look for Holiday Inns. One of our children had their wedding in one and the whole experience was phenomenal so we decided their hotels for lodging must be the same—— and they are! They also have the best people in their check in — friendly, offer to help with anything you need and go out of their way to assist you.

Excellent place, highly recommend. I asked for an ADA room and it was provided. It’s shocking and sad how many hotels tell you they booked you an ADA room, when you get in you discover you can’t use the facilities.
Our room was clean and the hotel's indoor pool was clean. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom.
