When I left my room for the day I received a call and wanted to know if I checked out. Even though I had another day left. When I returned I found out my key didn't work and had to have it reset. When I got to my room I discovered that my bags were stolen. Nobody did anything to find out what happened to my bags. Very upsetting. There was no blankets the room was dirty. It was not a very good experience but I was thankful to have a room for the night as I was part of the storm of Northern Michigan and didn't have electrical at my home or water or heat. I'm very upset that nobody took the time to find out what happened to my things. Even though there was very very limited amount of staff that had accessed to my room. Nobody even bothered to call the help to find out what they knew! All I was told was sorry and that was it!
Horrible experience. They knew people would complain so no staff showed up. Th y charged 150 to freeze in the dark.
