The service desk people were very courteous and helpful, especially dealing with a dementia person at the desk and roaming the hallway! Room was very clean and mattress very comfortable. Breakfast room was very clean and easy to use.

Service by staff inattentive slow reaction, had to was nats down drain in shower, breakfast bar limited running out of products and kept clean.
We are currently working on going Green! Recycling our used products. We have bins available for our guests to help us with it. All of our outside lights and 98% of our inside lights are now energy efficient.
