The Courtyard by Marriott Seattle Everett Downtown offers a variety of amenities including a bar/lounge, gym, pool, spa, and a restaurant.
This place was about five minutes from the Aquasox stadium, which is about two minutes off I 5. Very easy to get to, safe underground parking. Room looks newly done, great view of the water. Bar downstairs was very convenient with pretty good food, too! Breakfast available, although not free. Staff was friendly and helpful. We’d stay here again!

Spent the weekend for Hockey playoffs. Close to the Event Center and great room and staff.
Everything about this hotel was fantastic.
The Bistro (American cuisine) and onsite Starbucks coffee shop are both open for breakfast on weekdays from 6:30am to 9:30am and on weekends from 7am to 11am. The Bistro is also open for dinner daily.
Onsite garage parking $20 per day per vehicle.

Convenient location, quiet and most importantly, clean.
The rooms were well kept. The bed very comfortable.
Our first stay in our new favorite Everett hotel began with an early check in offered by the Desk Clerk, Marlene, when she learned my wife and I were in town for a family funeral and needed to change clothes after arriving from California. My wife grew up in Everett and spent time gazing out the windows of our impressive corner suite at significant locations recalling her childhood. We have visited Everett at least four times each year for about 15 years, staying at hotels closer to relatives, but I chose the Marriott Downtown to take advantage of walking distance to several restaurants we enjoy. As a full size guy, 6' 5",
We stayed in Room 505 and thought it was very nice. The room was well-appointed with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, which made our stay more convenient. Check-in was smooth and quick, and the parking garage was clean and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the added security feature of needing a room key to access the elevator.
Street noise, squirreling tires, unmuffled engines and auto racing in front of hotel all night long. It's not the hotels fault but they should insist local police put an end to it. If you must stay here, insist, No DEMAND, a room in the back of the hotel.
