At booking, I did not get a receipt, so I had to call customer service from another country. The woman was rude. At check in, we encountered this very tactless woman named Nu Nu. She made us feel unwelcome. At check out, Drew and another lady were so nice and professional.
Great Experience
This room was one of the best I have stayed in. The person at the desk was great. When I got to the room, the TV wouldn't come on, so I called the front desk. He came up within a couple of minutes to help and had it working in two or three minutes. Great customer service is really rare and I truly appreciate the help.
Breakfast blah, asked for wake up call never got it, beds ok, location long way away from everything, you will need a car, toilet was stained in our room on checkin. Staff very friendly.
