I have stayed at this facility many times. This time I noted: in the room mirror light out, lotion empty, lack of instructions on regulating room temp. Front desk very hard to understand check in employee and explanation of a new $26 dollar charge though room was paid for. Similar difficulty at exit understanding refund of that charge. Breakfast, no eggs, apples over ripe not refrigerated. I am sad to see this Hampton decline. And I hope when I stay again next year it will again be the one that I recognize from pleasant stays in the past. Thanks for letting me share these thoughts.
Planned to relax and shower upon checking in. Only after attempting to freshen up were we informed of the water being off! The line for refunds was almost out the door and I’ve still yet to receive a full refund for my stay.
Room condition was very good. Staff was friendly.
