TV didn’t work and we couldn’t get someone to come and fix it or replace it. We had trouble with it during our whole stay. There was mold in the shower…disgusting! Every time we went to front desk, no one could be found. No one would answer phone when we had problems even when my husband kept trying for an hour. Never had such a bad stay in a hotel. We will never stay there again. We expected a discount for not being able to watch TV for two days. We will never stay in a Comfort Inn again.
It was comforting and nicer than a previous hotel which was shabby. I appreciated the early shuttle that took me to the airport.
I was very happy with our stay. Loved the fact that I was able to leave my car there while on vacation and felt that it was very safe. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Jamie went above and beyond. He shuttled us to the airport and also picked us up late on our return flight. Jamie and Gregg were very professional and very friendly. Jed was very friendly upon arrival and at check in. I would stay there again. My overall experience was great. I would highly recommend. Also very excited for the upcoming renovations that they have in progress.
Stayed at Comfort Inn Cleveland prior to trip and upon arrival back. Jamie and Greg went above and beyond to accommodate us. Jamie was great getting us to the airport on time and brought us back in a timely manner. Rooms were comfortable. Our complaint was with Alyssa. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. Possibly the most unprofessional person I have ever met in the hospitality industry. I could be very specific, however, I will not entertain it here. Trust me when I state she hurts your business. I wish I did not have to mention this, but feel management needs to know. The "incident" I'm sure was caught on camera. Thanks to Jamie again for his great service!
Nothing worked in my room the door was broke and the tub didn’t work.
