Previously reserved three rooms from Comfort Inn. Later was told that the rooms was not available and sent my request to Days Inn. Upon arrival late evening. The original rooms requested was not avaliable. The clerk described the person from Comfort inn while discussing the incident. Even at the Days Inn the rooms could not be rectified. You returned my deposit but took my money for the three rooms. I am speaking with my family real estate lawyer concer your refund policy knowing thus was not my error. Also you process my payment knowing I did not complete my stay. We have the receipts and will be in touch. Thus us very petty refuse to make the wrong right by greed and possibly thief by taking.Again we will be touch soon.
