This hotel has everything you need for a great vacation…pool, beach, restaurants, clean rooms! The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly!
We had a really good time. Eric was especially helpful.
Breakfast is available 8:00 am - 12:00 noon at Sloppy Joe's which overlooks the white sandy beaches on the Gulf of Mexico.

We had a really good time. Eric was especially helpful.
We were treated with great care right upon check in from Sebastian. Our cruise that we had been planning on for 11 months has been canceled so going to the Bilmar was a last minute plan B. It was the greatest decision we have made in years! When the staff heard our story, they treated us with such care. Especially Sebastian. He was absolutely wonderful by upgrading our room and giving us a few free drink vouchers. He asked us each time we saw him how our day was and what we had done and experienced. Our entire stay was five stars from beginning to end! Great staff, great resort and tremendous customer service!
Comfortable, scenic, friendly stay for us. We had a wonderful time. Our room was clean and comfortable.
We will return. Food at sloppy joes was terrific and service excellent.
Got to hotel and was not able to check in until after 5:30. Rooms were clean but very outdated. Very disorganized.
