Courtyard Inn Torrance. I have stayed here several times. It is a great location for me. Close to family and great eateries. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself in is in great shape and well taken care of.

Upon checking into our room, on the 7th of March, we found the sink in our bathroom was slow and later that evening our toilet was completely stopped, requiring my wife and I to notify the front desk. A plumber was sent to clear the toilet, he was very polite and professional, making short work of the stoppage. My wife and I are senior citizens, who drove from Temecula to Torrance, half the journey was through heavy rain and traffic. We were attending a family event in the City of Torrance on the 8th of March. My wife and I are members of the Marriott Reward Program, #017072448 and were extremely disappointed in our stay at this location. We have never experienced a Marriott room booking like this since becoming Marriott Reward Members, the total cost of our one night stay was $257.38. Is there anyway you could compensate us for these issues?
