Our room was very comfortable with a great view of the city. We entered the PPG Arena to watch the Penguins just a 100’ from the hotel. One of the best parts was the bar in the hotel lobby full of Penguins fans before the game started. We would definitely stay here again to watch anything at the arena. Restaurants were within walking distance. There is a small restaurant at the hotel lobby, but we only had breakfast there and it was okay. We prefer a self serve continental breakfast that’s included in the price with overnight stays. Overall we really liked this hotel and its close proximity to downtown and the arena especially.

We thought that this hotel would be nicer. It's old and needs updating. The rooms are just blah. Checking in was a nightmare as there was only two people working the desk with a line of about 20 people waiting to check in. Pulling up to the hotel was a nightmare as cars were everywhere and you could barely pull in off of the road. We just stayed one night,but I won't make the mistake of staying here again.
I would not recommend or stay again didn’t sleep all night!
