We stayed here for a week. The room was lovely, spacious and the balcony view of the ocean was spectacular! Breakfast was fantastic! All the amenities were wonderful. All in all, a great stay. Oh and the restaurants around town we visited were exceptional!
Very nice hotel with excellent safety measures. Had a comfortable stay. Overall an enjoyable stay.
Only issue was a very loud door that slams under our room. It was windy however something should be done about the door closure. Nice eating places on premises!
We have stayed at Springhill Suites quite a few times, we love the location and the amenities but the service wasn't great. My husband called the front desk for housekeeping to bring clean towels. None were brought and he couldn't find a housekeeper on our floor. He then went to the front desk and asked for two beach towels so he could take a shower and the clerk told him no. How can you refuse a paying guest towels? Also there are no longer any vouchers given for the restaurant and Heavenly treats. And we had a water main break during our stay which made things a little challenging. Considering what it cost to stay at Springhill service and perks could be improved on.
