We stayed the night prior to our early flight out of CMH, the shuttle was so amazingly easy and convenient.

After having my flight cancelled LITERALLY minutes before boarding, your hotel and staff did NOT miss a beat. They got me checked in and into a BEAUTIFUL and CLEAN (!) room right away. Shuttle service back to the airport was great (the driver is so nice!) and I was able to make it back home WELL RESTED! My only complaint was that the breakfast fell a little flat. The food was okay but seemed as though it had been cooked several times and warmed on the heating elements for too long.
Clean rooms, hot breakfast and I love the free shuttle service to and from airport.
We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of our room and attention detail and all accomodations! Ashley at the front desk was helpful and attentive to all needs. The bar was clean and ur bartender Haussam was super nice and friendly! The shuttle was available at late hours so we could pick up our son to and from the airport, our driver Kahlil got us safely to where we needed to be! Overall it was a great stay and would definitely stay there again!
It’s was just eh. My first room the fridge didn’t work. The second rooms tub didn’t drain. God I hate showering in ankle deep water. The staff were actually very nice. Breakfast wasn’t bad either. Overall wouldn’t recommend unless you’re flying in or out.
