"Not up to the level of other st Regis properties."

The staff is very nice. The property needs more amenities. Specifically no place to watch march madness games or Miami open tennis. Even though one of the players in the finals was staying in the hotel. No bar that can accommodate more than 10 people. And those bars are in the only two restaurants. A gd very small Italian place and a sushi place. We had two days of torrential rains and these things became very obvious in the bad weather. Besides the first floor/lobby the hallways are dark and undecorated. The TV in the room is small. Just fell far short. Especially for what we paid.
