Was pleasantly surprised at this older facility being so nicely updated. The hot breakfast options and generous offerings of protein items were welcome. Will certainly call Quality first when I again need a room in Florence.
Our beds were comfortable and the amenities were handy. The breakfast room was loaded with everything you could want for breakfast and the service, if needed, was quick to respond. They even have a little gift shop.
Good front desk person, good breakfast, very good employees; especially the young man who helped me when I fell off the curb.
With my friends, we enjoyed our visit, service was good, a clean room was greatly appreciated, comfortable beds,enjoyed the breakfast.We enjoyed our stay for three nights. Thank you!

When we arrived, we learned we had been given an upstairs room and there was no elevator. We appreciated being immediately moved to a ground floor room. The room was immaculately clean, comfortable King bed, both refrigerator and microwave worked well and there was a coffee maker in the room. We also enjoyed breakfast being included. It was a good stay.
No elevator if you have heavy luggage but nice young man at desk helped carry Friendly and efficient staff.
