Room was clean and comfortable. Also enjoyed the use of the District Room for a private party. The complimentary breakfast was tasty and satisfying.

The staff was extremely helpful, the pullout bed was super comfortable, we enjoyed happy hour and breakfast.

Helpful, friendly staff. Excellent breakfast menu. Clean room and grounds. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and WH Washington Monument, etc.
The hotel was just right for a wedding we were attending at the Willard InterContinental. My wife, (2 kids long ago) and I frequently stayed at Embassy Suites because of the separate bedroom suites. We still love that feature when we travel, although it's much less frequent now that I'm not attending business meetings, etc. The daily receptions are nice, even though we don't drink alcohol and the made to order breakfasts have always been fabulous. This time, though, our only complaint is that the "competition" for food or even seating was far more aggressive than I recall. I don't mind waiting my turn on the grill line at all but I found the other food and drink lines to be frequently difficult to maneuver mostly due to other guests pushing ahead or crowding in as we were trying to get what we wanted (not a hotel problem; more a socital issue), though the space allocated for some of the services is limited. Finally, the many hotel staff members were, by and large, both helpful and courteous. Singularly, the Bellman Lee was outstanding. He is a pleasant, hard working and conscientious employee with a great sense of humor. I believe his Vietnamese heritage has helped him come to the U.S. and achieve a respectable level of success.
The staff here is absolutely amazing, very friendly and helpful. The rooms are always very clean and comfortable. Great restaurant and perfect location.

From check in to the conclusion of my stay, everything was exceptional. Every staff member I interacted with, from customer service to the room attendants, was delightful. Thank you for making our experience so memorable. As locals, we’ll certainly be choosing Embassy Suites as our preferred destination for future staycations.
