Let me say that the check in experience went well and overall the room is clean and tidy, but this is what I am concerned about. I expected to receive a complimentary bottle of water at the front desk, or be able to buy it in the lobby, but that was not the case. I had to drive down to the shopping center area to purchase water. Another thing that concerned me was I did not see any dispenser or hand soap near the sink. I had to go into the bathroom to get it. Next, the TV did not work, nor could I turn on the light near the TV. If there was only one issue to grapple with, I would rate the experience a three (good), but multiple issues means that the experience overall is that this hotel needs to improve its services in order to gain customer trust.
