My husband and I are here in Palo Alto for his surgery. I have been back and forth from the hospital to this hotel. I have never stayed here before, but must say how nice it is. I feel safe and comfortable. The grounds are lovely and staff very nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay here and will be using this sweet hotel again! Thank you so much!
The hotel was neat, staff was great and enjoyed the sandwiches from the driftwood market.
Our room was very nice with a beautiful view from the balcony! Bed was so comfy! Walls a bit thin. Had an enjoyable stay!
The rooms are quite small but they are clean and quiet and have everything you need. And there is a good Deli right next door. All the staff was nice. No complaints.

I randomly found this hotel a couple of weeks ago online and saw some lovely reviews. I was pleasantly surprised because the room was huge, I had a large balcony and the amenities were well thought out including an oversized, wrap around, bath towel which is so rare! The room was pristine and I felt like I had a suite. It was very well priced for Palo Alto and I would definitely stay here again!
We have stayed at this hotel several times while getting treatment at standford. Beds are great and comfy. Rooms very clean. Quiet. Staff is always helpful and nice.
