The bedding was good, bathroom was good, clean overall and I was comfortable and had a nice stay.
I was firce to wait in the lobby while shr texted the owner he ever cslled back.I had to call the company myself and have yhem csll the frint desk clerk. jer response wad I huess I didnt look hard enough this was unaccptablbe.
No hot water in room had to take cold shower Front desk clerk rude No coffee in room when I asked for it front desk said they could or would not do it because housekeeping had the coffee and they had gone home. Bar barely functioning asked for Bloody Mary. No tomato juice no other juices except cranberry No functioning restaurant a selection of snacks corn chips or potato chips or stale cookies. You may not believe it but I have never given a really bad review but this is ridiculous.
