Front desk staff was welcoming and very helpful. The lobby is light, bright and cheerful, so is the exercise room. Rooms are great sized, clean and nice.
Check in was good. Sandy was very friendly. Breakfast area was clean and lots of options. Good area for restaurants and shopping.

This reservation outfit is a scam. You cancelled my reservation at three pm on the day of my arrival with no reason and took the deposit. I intend to follow up with a claim for a refund and pursue it with my bank and the credit card company as well as Hilton. Please contact me so we can resolve this issue.
