Everyone so helpful and friendly that works there. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. The staff for the wedding were exceptional!
We checked in Friday for a weekend wedding celebration that was being held at the hotel. The staff at the desk, the doorman and the porter that greeted us within the first 10 minutes were all exceptional! Everyone was friendly and welcoming and we immediately felt cared for. The room was a little small but certainly adequate. It was clean and comfortable and well stocked with everything we could need. We were very close to the elevator but other than noisy people in the hallway walking by, it was surprisingly quiet. We heard no noise from any surrounding rooms and slept well both nights. We did use room service the first morning and the breakfast was very good and well presented and the person who delivered it was very pleasant. The checkout process and valet service was convenient and quick. The wedding and morning after breakfast reception where both held in beautiful rooms and the wait staff were great. All in all we couldn’t be happier with the whole weekend! We will definitely return in the future when we are in Boston again!

We honestly cannot thank this hotel and staff enough. When our daughter's original wedding venue canceled at the last minute, the bride and groom were devastated and scrambling. The hotel team stepped in with compassion, professionalism and a genuine desire to help. They moved mountains to accommodate the bride and groom on incredibly short notice, handled the details and somehow turned what could have been a disaster into a beautiful and memorable wedding day. The staff treated their day like it truly mattered to them, not just to the bride and groom! The space was lovely, the service was impeccable and the calm confidence of the team helped set the tone. Thanks to this hotel, the wedding day will be remembered not for the crisis, but for the kindness and care that saved it. We will be forever grateful and couldn’t recommend this place more highly. And the bride and groom have a fantastic story to tell every anniversary about storm Fern 2026!

My room was fine but I would have liked a phone charger next to the bed. The room was close to the elevator which I appreciated. A shop to purchase sundries would have been appreciated. Check in and out was very efficient.
