Our stay in mid May was a very good experience. All of the staff was helpful and easy to talk to. The room was very clean, the breakfast was delicious and the desk staff was very helpful, even recommending an enjoyable place to eat. The only problem we had was the TV didn't work but it was replaced the next day. We felt safe where we parked and in our room. We were thankful for the shuttle service to and from Graceland and to the limo service to and from the restaurant that was also Elvis themed. Thanks to all who helped room 420 feel comfortable! Anytime I take another trip, my first choice for hotel will be a Holiday Inn Express!

The front desk lady's are super friendly. Very helpful. And funny and kind. We stayed two night and we have not one complaint about this place.
The Hotel staff all were so very nice. Beautiful comfortable beds, very clean, excellent shower. Our stay was EXCELLENT. Also! A very delicious complementary breakfast. Totally satisfied with our stay. We Thank you.

We had an excellent two night stay at this hotel. The rooms and all the staff were Great. The Breakfast was excellent and the Lady that ran the Breakfast area was amazing. The hotel is only five minutes down the street from Graceland making it a Win Win Situation.
Our stay at this Holiday Inn and Express was one of the best experiences! From the moment we got there the staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Ms. Donnie and Ms. Jasmine were taking care of the front desk during our stay and made sure we were taken care of. Ms. Duffie greeted us each morning at breakfast with a smile and eagerness to take care of us. The staff weren’t there just to work, they were there to make you feel like you are their only guests!

The hotel was clean. I felt safe there. The breakfast was nice. The area was clean. The employees were extremely nice and helpful.
It was our first stay at this hotel. It was a great experience from when we stepped through the door. Receptionist was friendly, helpful, and smiled with warmth. Room clean, cool, and comfortable. We will stay here again.
Ms. Dolfie, the cook, was a jewe and all the receptionists were professional and kind.
