The service was excellent and the room was nice with an excellent view of the falls. The complimentary coffee was also excellent.
The staff were extremely friendly. The room was clean. The view of the Falls was beyond! I have stayed in the higher priced hotels along the strip and this hotel offers everything they do for a better price.

My sister and I enjoyed our stay at the Oakes Hotel.
We were moved to the Hilton and they gave us three rooms all three rooms were different categories two of the rooms were Falls Veiw and mine the the person who put their credit card up got roof and air conditioner veiw. I believe the rooms should have been all the same and dealing with the Hilton staff was a joke. I couldn’t believe they run a hotel that poorly.
A wonderful birthday celebration with out of town family.
The hotel is doing maintenance so we ended up with a double queen room on a higher floor instead of a king room as we requested, but it’s okay. No breakfast at the hotel either.
