Due to a huge snowstorm I stayed at this hotel based in its close proximity to the hospital where I am employed. While shoveling out my vehicle in preparation to go to work the next day, an OFF DUTY employee (Carlos Martinez) offered to shovel out the area for me. I thought he will be busy with snow removal in the following days so I declined his generous offer. Later he came by and again offered his help. Carlos is wonderful example of going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.
Five stars I would recommend that hotel to everyone I will stay there again, thank you very much, had a great day.

The two night was great the room was Clean and the Front Desk people was Outstanding and Attentive.
I stand in hotels all over the world and this is as good as any of them five stars!

This is my third time staying here.
The staff was very friendly and assisted your needs. Great location next to White Marsh Mall that has every store you could want. Lots of dining choices. Has a nice bar in hotel and small dining menu.

Booked the hotel for my daughter, put her name on the reservation. When she got to the hotel close to midnight they would not allow her to check in due to her being 19. When the reservation was booked we told Hilton she was 19 and were told there was no problem. I spoke with the front desk and was also lied to that I would not be charged. I have been a long time Hilton honors member but will never stay at any of their hotels again.

Disappointed that the pool and Jacuzzi were out of order. We would have selected a different hotel. Also the ice machines were out of order. The front desk was able to provide ice. Restaurant staff friendly and very accommodating and helpful.

Every staff person I encountered at the hotel was very friendly, polite and ready and willing to help. The room was clean and ready for us. Two things marred the experience. 1) the nearby elevator was very noisy and caused significant vibrations at one specific place of its travel. It woke us up multiple times overnight. My husband reported this to the front desk and was assured it would be addressed. I imagine it was but that was too late to save our lost night's sleep. 2) The window treatments would not operate.
