My room was next to a group of loud foul mouthed "partiers" that were making all kinds of noise at 1:00am. I called the front desk to move me to another room but the hotel was full, so the front desk person dealt with them but they went and got more alcahol and partied somewhere else and they were fairly loud again at 3:00am when they came back to their rooms. They finally fell asleep and I left at 9:30am. The walls of the hotel appear to be paper thin as I could here them through the wall cussing and yelling at each other. My room was fine. just unfortunately next to individuals making ignorance audible.
Reserved thru a third party, Help.Lodging, CA, which did not supply the hotel with the virtual card payment. Called my bank to make a fraud claim on that third party and paid for my hotel reservations using another method. Will never book thru third party again.
