I booked a room for two nights because we were supposed to get a reduction in price for the blending of time Conference. I got charged the regular rate. The front desk gave me the keys to a room already occupied. The person who booked my reservation stayed theyhad to book the regular rate and I would get the discounted rate at check in. That did not happen. I have not have not had this problem before I with other conferences. I will not be booking with your hotel next year.
The staff were friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable. However, the room was dirty and the couch was shabby and stained. While we felt safe in the hotel, once we stepped outside, the unhoused and addicted population made it hard to feel safe taking the dog out. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. The coffee was okay, but the food was heavy on the carbs and sugar. There was no way to control the temperature in the room. The smell of dirt and funk filled the room better was no way to clear it out. And while the bed was wonderful, the constant roar of traffic from the highway made it hard to sleep. On balance, we wouldn’t stay there again or recommend it to a friend.
