We came down for a celebration of life gathering. However it turned out to be one of the nicest mini vacations we have had in awhile what with gorgeous weather, pools, the beach, good food, music and a fabulous suite this place has it all and we are coming back with family next time this is a kids paradise while at the same time romantic parent time too.

My wife and I prefer Lago Mar Beach over the other hotels in the area. I found it years ago, looking for a convenient location, close to Port Everglades and a short walk down the beach to the inlet, where the ships pass through always a good show and why I prefer to arrive a day before our actual cruise. The rooms are spacious and well equipped and the restaurant serves very good food. Give it a try yourself.
