Excellent food.
The king size top sheet so there was no fighting for covers. The amazing bath hardware. The seating in the room. The staff who were easy going and so helpful. We have always wanted to stay in a 21c Hitel since experiencing the original in Louisville, just for dinner that time. Thank you for making our stay in Bentonville enjoyable.
This hotel is a gem, with small venue calm and quiet, but major hotel professionalism. Rooms are very well appointed, clean and quiet. Bar and restaurant are excellent. Wall art in the halls is delightful. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Art great. Price high for room.staff for art for good. One Staff at check out rude. Won’t spend the money next time. Wasn’t sure how to get to car due to confusion about parking!
I booked a room at 21c on April 25. I thought it was the actual booking site but turned out to be Expedia. They charged us over $1,200 for two nights. It would have been less expensive to book directly with the hotel. You might put a warning about that on your website.
